Creogence Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 10799036, with registered office at 12 Alderton Close, Loughton, England, IG10 3HQ. We collect personal data in two ways:

• Contact form: your full name, work email, company name, company size, the nature of your enquiry, your message, and your consent record.
• Guide sign-up: your name, work email, company name, optional company size, and your consent record, and whether you opted in to occasional updates.
• AI Opportunity Estimator: the estimator runs in your browser and nothing is stored unless you ask us to email the estimate. The figures you enter about time, downtime, waste, cash and errors are used only to calculate the estimate. If you ask us to email it, we store your name, work email, company, the areas you selected, the figures you entered, the calculated ranges and your consent record, and email them to you.
• AI Readiness Scorecard: if you ask us to email your result, we store your name, work email, company, your answers, your score and band, and your consent record.

For security and abuse prevention we process a one-way hashed (irreversible) version of your IP address. We never store your raw IP address.

• Responding to your enquiry — legitimate interests (responding to a request you sent us).
• Sending you the guide you asked for, and emailing estimator or scorecard results you request — consent, which you give when you tick the consent box.
• Occasional follow-up about our services — consent; you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interests (keeping our forms and systems safe).

We use a small number of service providers, described by category rather than by name because the specific providers may change:

• A hosting and database provider, which stores website content and form submissions.
• An email delivery provider, which sends the emails described above, including guide, estimate and scorecard emails and our notifications of your submission.
• An analytics provider, only if you have consented to analytics cookies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses approved for UK data transfers.

Enquiry and sign-up records are kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
